Be a Commissioner to the 227th General Assembly
Deadline for applications is November 3rd!
The 227th General Assembly convenes next Summer in Milwaukee, WI. Committee meetings will be held online June 23-24, and the plenary business meetings will occur from June 29-July 2, 2026 and will be held in person in Milwaukee. More information is available through the Office of the General Assembly.
This is a unique opportunity for our Presbytery: we can send 2 Ruling Elder Commissioners and 2 Teaching Elder Commissioners as well as 1 Young Adult Advisory Delegate to the 227th General Assembly.
The work is informative and gratifying and the personal connections that are made can last a lifetime. At this time the Nominating and Developing Leaders (NDL) Committee is looking for persons interested in being part of our delegation. Might there be a Ruling Elder in your community who has a passion to learn more and an interest to support the wider church body?? Please share this information with individuals for their discernment to apply.
