PTCA Offices Closed for Day of Truth and Freedom

The PTCA offices will be closed on Friday Feb 23rd in solidarity with the Day of Truth and Freedom. (The Nonviolent Communication Training on Self-Empathy will still be occurring for all who registered in the spirit of its applicability to this moment.) Zach and Anna invite all our congregations and clergy to participate in whatever ways possible in this historic day of public witness, in fasting and prayer, in using PTO to stay home from work if possible, refraining from making purchases, and coming to Commons Park (425 Portland Ave S) at at 2pm for a march/rally if you're able. Dress warm as the weather will be quite cold!

We are always stronger in community, and so all the ways that we see our congregations and leaders showing up in solidarity and care, witness and prayer, whether quiet or loud, are powerful. Please let us know if there are ways the PTCA cooperative networks could further support or extend the work you are already doing, or if self-care or other respite needs are emerging for you or others, by contacting Anna or Zach.
